JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
Assist in identifying and acquiring new distributors for Unilever products.
Support the development and execution of strategies to expand Unilever’s market presence.
Collaborate with retailers to introduce and promote new product innovations across all categories.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, offering insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
1.Business Development & Sales
Prospecting and lead generation
Customer acquisition and onboarding
Negotiation and deal closing
Market and competitor analysis
2. Account Management
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Understanding customer needs and translating them into new portfolio for all our Unilever brands or categories
Managing customer expectations and satisfaction
Driving turnover growth
3. Supply Chain Coordination
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (order to delivery)
Coordination with logistics, planning, and customer service teams
Inventory and demand planning awareness
Issue resolution as part of your cross functional team
