The Key Account is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment and customer communication
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations
• Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress
• Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution
• Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed
• Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements
• Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients
• Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly
• Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales business
