Maintenance & Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Reference supplier manuals to ensure maintenance of skills to perform tasks in line with expected standards (e.g. quality and time).
• Install and maintain plant equipment.
• Conduct breakdown repairs to maintain production. • Execute scheduled maintenance activities.
•  Undertake mechanic skills in execution of duties including electrical, mechanical and pneumatic.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize use of Maintenance Technicians and minimize downtime
• Adopt EWO analysis to diagnose breakdowns to identify whether to replace or repair parts.
•  Identify equipment / material malfunctions and raise to supervisor as appropriate.
• Conduct all work activities in line with Unilever safety standards and safe working practices.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Education Background
• Prefer working in FMCG Industry
