WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
STRATEGY & PLANNING
- Take full ownership of Cif & Domestos brands in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Translate and adapt global strategies to local market needs, with a strong focus on digital and social media activations
- Own the full P&L, from top-line to bottom-line, building business cases, monitoring performance, and defining corrective actions
- Lead annual activation plans, portfolio changes, media strategies, and marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI
- Become the ambassador and guardian of the Domestos for Schools program, activating it across Czechia and Slovakia and engaging internal teams in an annual CSR initiative that brings the brand’s hygiene purpose to life
- Collaborate closely with European marketing teams to ensure synergies, faster activation, and high-quality asset creation
BRAND COMMUNICATION & CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT
- Act as a brand guardian and, in collaboration with creative and media partners, deliver campaigns that stand out and are memorable
- Build consumer & shopper insights into communications, working closely with trade marketing and sales teams to deliver impactful activations across all channels
- Oversee media planning with agencies to optimize media mix
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct post-launch evaluation of campaigns and innovations to capture learnings and continuously improve
PORTFOLIO
- Manage the brand portfolio in line with strategic priorities and lead the innovation pipeline
- Ensure that regional and global innovation projects are relevant to our market, consumer insights and business performance, providing input throughout the development process
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales and Media teams to deliver flawless launches and strong in-market performance
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within FMCG
- Proven skills in innovation management, communication adaptation, packaging development, and media execution
- Strong ability to manage a complex agenda, with multiple projects at the same time
- Growth mindset and customer and consumer focus
- Proactive, collaborative, and a true team player
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to deliver decisions
- Solid understanding of P&L management and experience in planning and managing marketing budgets
- Skilled in briefing and collaborating with creative, research, and media agencies, with the ability to evaluate and guide creative work
- Native-level Czech or Slovak, fluent English
