JOB PURPOSE

If you are driven to harness digital technologies and data-driven solutions to transform factory operations, improve efficiency, and enable smart, sustainable manufacturing, then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

(1) Deployment of global digital solutions in the Factory / Factories.

(2) Site stakeholders support developing the digital roadmap and

understand local digital solutions needs; engage with Regional/Global IT

teams for solutions to manage those needs.

(3) Ensuring compliance with Unilever architecture and cyber security

requirements, as well as all other relevant digital standards.

(4) First line of operational support of existing solutions (Key User).

(5) Delivery of training for the users of digital systems, as well as

training to build basic digital skills (for example, Power BI);

(6) Develop, coach and mentor Technicians and Production executives on

Digital; including creating learning programs, evaluating opportunities,

documenting learnings and best practices.

(7) Drive analytics and reporting for the site, which are key for the

Continuous Improvement journey.

(8) Support site leadership team on Governance, Change Management,

Communication and other activities necessary to land the Digital

Transformation.

(9) Contribute to the process of Digital Best practices sharing across Unilever

Supply Chain Organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Software and IT Development Information technology, computer science, and software engineering. Min 2 years of experience in the areas of development of digital solutions to drive mass data analysis based on specific company needs.
