Job Title: CSP Executive – Qcom, PC

Work Location: Mumbai HO

Function: CSP, Personal Care

Role Purpose

The CSP QCOM resource is responsible to manage qcom operations in PC & will support the delivery of category and brand growth across Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BB Now, etc.).
The role focuses on executing platform-specific plans, coordinating with internal teams, managing daily performance metrics, and ensuring seamless deployment of QCOM interventions.
This is a high-agility role requiring strong data fluency, attention to detail, and collaboration with CD, Marketing, and Platform POD teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Category & Customer Plan Execution (QCOM)

  • Support in developing and executing category customer plans for QCOM platforms.
  • Ensure catalog hygiene (content, images, ratings, SEO keywords) is always optimized.
  • Drive platform visibility, assortment, and availability actions as guided by CSP Manager / POD teams.
  • Manage weekly and monthly performance trackers (share, visibility, UPT, conversion).

2. Business Planning & Forecasting

  • Work with Demand Planning to build and maintain 3-month rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor daily inventory, fill rates, and OOS trends for QCOM customers and raise alerts proactively.
  • Support execution of IOP plans by aligning with KAMs and Brand teams on timelines and inputs.

3. Shopper & Platform Insights

  • Track QCOM shopper behavior: search trends, conversion funnels, top-selling SKUs, activation spikes.
  • Generate weekly insights on catalog performance, competition activity, price changes, and share movement.
  • Work with CMI/global/local teams to pull shopper insights and translate them into executable actions.

4. Launch Management

  • Support QCOM readiness for all NPDs (cataloguing, content, pricing setup, sampling, platform approvals).
  • Coordinate with POD teams to ensure launch availability and visibility on priority platforms.
  • Track launch performance during the first 4–8 weeks and raise course‑correction recommendations.

5. Activation & Promo Operations

  • Execute on-platform eventing (JMPs, flash sales, tentpoles, high-frequency events).
  • Liaise with platform partners on visibility confirmations, banner placements, and promo performance.
  • Track promo ROI, top deals performance, and event metrics every week.

6. Commercial & NRM Support

  • Assist in managing TTS budgets for the category, tracking spends vs. forecast.
  • Support NRM interventions (pricing checks, BHP/Non‑BHP packs, competition price tracking).
  • Maintain tools like SPI 2.0, competition trackers, and pricing dashboards.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Brand Managers, KAMs, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, and Content teams.
  • Coordinate with CSP HUL & Global CSP teams for reporting, data requests, and deployment of global pilots.
  • Manage documentation, trackers, MDG files, and business reviews.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce / QCOM Customer Development, Category, or Brand operations
  • High agility and strong bias for action — essential for the fast-paced QCOM environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, dashboards, and Excel.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and manage high-frequency, operational workflows.
