We are looking to hire a Content and Activations Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves working across beauty platforms on exciting and clutter-breaking co-marketing campaigns and owned and paid on-platform content elevation thus impacting the shopper funnel (higher CTR%, Conversion%) and leading to better business outcomes.
Detailed roles and responsibilities
• Co-marketing campaigns –
o Work with category, account and retailers to lead the thinking, closures and deployments of initiatives - right from identifying the right portfolio, activation idea to implementation and evaluation
o Lead the network planning and execution (follow-ups, approvals, co-ordination, feedback incorporation) of initiatives to ensure timely deployment + troubleshooting/ course-correcting for delays
o post-eval analysis to synthesize learnings, hits and misses from collabs for report backs and newsletters
• Content Elevation –
o Working with multiple stakeholders to improve ECom content – both written and visual basis learnings from competitors and retailer platforms
o Directly working with in-house designers and brand teams to content elevation experimentation and implementation at scale
• Employee Generated Content –
o Lead thinking and execution for EGC strategy for the HUL Beauty Accounts team
o Lead deployment to scale our Instagram EGC channel to 100k followers by end of 2026
o Explore other channels for EGC – Snapchat, Mauj etc. in line with our TG media consumption
• User Generated Content –
o Lead the project on leveraging HUL’s 1.5k+ network of beauty advisors as influencers
o End to end ownership from network planning, tracking, training, managing briefs etc. to deploy 10k+ content pieces per month
Qualifications/ Skills:
• MBA/master’s degree.
• Overall years of experience should be at least 2-4 years of work experience across sales & marketing in FMCG
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce/ content and activations.
• Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.
• Looking for talent with - owners mindset, passion, rigour and agility.
