Primary Truck Booking and KPI Diagnostics Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

The Primary Truck Booking and KPI Diagnostics Specialist will be responsible in management of primary truck for depot replenishment and data management for CX&L service reports.

JOB SUMMARY

• Scheduling, booking, and allocation of primary transfers
• Measurement of KPIs for primary Transfer such as reliability, truck loadfill, hauler allocation compliance and others.
• Generate root cause analysis the performance metrics for Transport, and Cold storage Operations
• Monitors daily primary shipment status from loading to delivery.
• Coordinate with haulers and depot leads about operational concerns and other activities related to primary transfers (i.e demmurage, other auxiliary cost exposures)
• Data collection to help the Transport Manager on budget allocation (both for Land and Sea Transfer)
• Provide input data on KPI reports for transport and customer service such as call time compliance, delivery on time, load fill, DR and CCFOT
• Other task that may be assigned from time to time related to Transport

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably in Industrial Eng’g, Economics, Business Mgmt.)
• Knowledge on customer service & logistics operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office software
• Customer focused and results-oriented
• Knowledge in SAP and PowerBI is an advantage
• Highly Analytical with sound decision making skills
• Can work under pressure
