Role Title: Modern Trade Business Development (MTDG) Specialist
Location: Mangahan Pasig (Office Based)
Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas
1. Growth Strategy & Business Operations
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that drive growth and profitability in Modern Trade.
- Performance Management: Define KPIs, targets, and incentive schemes to align with business goals. Lead weekly and monthly governance meetings with Modern Trade leadership.
- Investment Oversight: Manage Modern Trade investments, ensuring appropriateness and ROI.
- Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying execution pain points and implementing scalable solutions. Represent Modern Trade in technology and process governance forums.
- Agency & Tools Management: Oversee partner agencies, execution tools, reports, and digitization processes to ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
2. Efficient Servicing & Strategic Partnerships
- Field Execution & Compliance: Ensure rigorous validation of field activities, manage RBO processes, and govern Hyperpeak readiness and escalations. Ensure compliance with contracts, discounts, and servicing standards.
- Strategic Partnerships & AR Management: Partner with finance to standardize Modern Trade contracts and discount structures. Ensure optimum profitability through effective AR (Accounts Receivable) management.
- Capability Building & Insights: Build capability programs for both direct and agency teams. Support RBMs with insights and action planning to drive execution excellence.
- Service Innovation: Champion continuous improvement in service delivery and execution standards to enhance customer satisfaction and operational agility.
