As an intern in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll gain real-world experience in digital campaigns, employer branding, and candidate communications. You’ll work alongside passionate marketers, storytellers, and recruiters who will support your growth every step of the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to recruitment marketing. You will:
• Coach our Talent Acquistion team on creation of engaging job advertisements that reflect our brand voice and attract top talent.
• Assist in the development of recruitment campaigns and newsletters to connect with our talent communities.
• Help monitor the performance of job boards and digital campaigns, learning how to track engagement and applications.
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to share stories and content that bring Unilever’s culture to life.
• Learn how to use tools like Radancy, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and other digital solutions that power recruitment marketing.
• Get exposure to the inner workings of global talent attraction strategies in a dynamic, purpose-led environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
We’re not expecting you to have all the answers—just curiosity, passion, and the drive to learn. You might be a great fit if you:
• Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Have a passion for storytelling, branding, and digital communication.
• Are proactive, organized, and excited to collaborate across teams.
• Enjoy writing and have a strong eye for detail and tone.
• Have an interest in talent, employer branding, and how people find meaningful work.
