JOB PURPOSE:

The ice cream business in Eastern Europe aims to exceed market growth and drive European IC business expansion. Ukraine is a key market where we aim to establish a strong presence.

If you're passionate about business growth, building from scratch, and understanding the entire business model, this role is for you.

As the business development manager, you'll collaborate with our Ukrainian distribution partner to develop customer strategies and manage financial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cooperate with distribution partner in establishing IC business in Ukraine.
  • Monitoring the performance of distribution partner in delivery of sales and distribution targets.
  • Control and settlement of assigned budgets.
  • Achieving sales and quality goals (sell-in, sell-out, input KPI) with key clients.
  • Building effective business relationships with customers and seeking new business development opportunities, in particular, expanding the distribution of IC Unilever products.
  • Creating customer-dedicated activation plans, including POSM production.
  • Coordinating work of marketing and trade marketing agencies in Ukraine.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Experience in trade min 5 years in Ukraine.
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks.
  • Analytical skills, use of excel.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills.
  • Presentation skills , use of power point.
  • Creativity, commitment to assigned tasks, entrepreneurial drive.
  • Ability to persistently pushing the boundaries.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Commercial mathematics.
  • Driving license cat B.
  • English language in minimum communicative way.
