ABOUT THE ROLE

UFS a now looking for a Culinary Advisor in Copenhagen/Sjælland.

The role as Culinary Sales Advisor offers a unique chance to be part of a step change in our profitable growth by creating demand for our sustainability products from selected foodservice customers.

Our Culinary Sales Advisors have a 3-fold mission in which they are to apply deep chef expertise to bring solutions to operators and drive business growth and efficiency:

· Creating and activating solutions for operators by visits, demonstrations, and kitchen training, while building impactful chef to chef relationships.

· Developing winning inspirational dish solutions in close cooperation with marketing and our development chef.

· Building UFS reputation in the food solutions market as a leader in kitchen solutions.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Accountabilities:

· Demonstrating and activating our products with our customers.

· Responsible and accountable for own district including retaining top customers and staying relevant to their needs and hunt for new customers.

Job duties:

· Customer visits: relationship building, menu analysis, solutions consulting (menus, recipes, waste management, food costs).

· Demonstrations: in customer location or in UFS Kitchen.

· Menu, Dish, and recipe creation.

· Planning and executing smaller trade fairs and customer workshops.

· Supporting marketing with material for use in social media – pictures, recipes, food trends, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

· A demonstrable, customer-focused approach which builds empathy.

· Positive, can-do attitude.

· Proactive and creative.

· Resilience and tenacity to deliver.

Skills

· High standard of culinary excellence, especially in plant-based dishes.

· Kitchen operational knowledge.

· Numeracy, IT and digital skills, particularly in MS Office/Social Media (primarily Instagram & Facebook).

· Selling Skills.

· Excellent listening and communication skills.

Preferably you speak Danish fluently. Professional working proficiency in English is seen as a plus as this is our official corporate language.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our main office is located in Ørestad. We offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to strike a balance between in-office and remote work when you’re not in the field.

The position is part of our sales team that includes travel to customers and some over night stays, in connection with trade fairs, sales meetings and possible customer visits in Jutland/Bornholm, etc.
