JOB PURPOSE
The Transformation & Capability Manager will lead strategic initiatives to digitize and transform Customer Development (CD) processes, drive capability building across field teams, and ensure seamless execution of demand fulfillment programs. This role is pivotal in accelerating the digitization of distributive trade, enhancing customer engagement, and enabling future-ready CD operations.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Transformation & Digitization
• Drive the Digitization of Distributive Trade (DDT) program across Pakistan, ensuring scale-up to all DTs.
• Lead change management initiatives to embed digital solutions within CD operations.
• Oversee customer acquisition on the E-B2B Kiryana App and drive engagement metrics such as active rate, personalized promotions, and investment optimization.
• Digitize existing CD programs including Perfect Store, Reporting & Analytics, and Channel Programs.
• Collaborate with Business Groups (BGs) to innovate and drive investments and personalized promotions on DDT platforms.
2. Product Management
• Lead product enrichment and lifecycle management for all CD tools and applications.
• Ensure continuous improvement and alignment of tools with business needs and market dynamics.
3. Demand Fulfillment
• Drive automation of Distributor Delivery Orders (DDO) and ensure timely completion of payments.
• Synchronize reporting systems for accurate and real-time visibility.
• Lead and optimize EFOS (Effective Feet on Street) execution for enhanced market coverage.
4. Capability Development
• Conduct skill gap assessments and identify learning needs for outer core teams.
• Design and execute training programs in collaboration with field partners and leadership.
• Build a culture of continuous learning and capability enhancement across CD teams.
Key Deliverables:
• Successful scale-up of DDT digitization across all distributive trade partners.
• Increased adoption and engagement on E-B2B platforms.
• Seamless integration and automation of demand fulfillment processes.
• Enhanced CD team capabilities through structured training and development programs.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Customer Development, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of distributive trade models, E-B2B platforms, and CD processes.
• Proven track record in change management, digital program execution, and capability building.
Skills & Competencies:
• Digital & Analytical Acumen: Ability to leverage data for decision-making and program optimization.
• Change Leadership: Skilled in driving transformation and influencing stakeholders.
• Project Management: Strong planning and execution capabilities.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with BGs, distributors, and field teams.
• Training & Development Expertise: Experience in designing and delivering capability programs.
