Job Purpose

The Content specialist is responsible for leading the digital content creation for the Home Care category to guarantee creative excellence, brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI) by leveraging our E2E marketing technology capability (including Gen AI) liaising with local social first content agencies, guarantee creative excellence, brand consistency, and effectiveness (ROI). You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing the content and social media strategy for our leading Home Care brands. You’ll work closely with the Digital and Media Lead to craft content strategies, orchestrate asset production with agencies, and ensure our presence stays always-on, engaging, and ahead of trends.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

The key purpose of the job is to help drive “insight led growth” by powering digitally relevant campaigns

  • Fully understand brand DNA across HC brands to be able to create a “Social First” strategy for each brand.

  • Execute (across platform) digital campaign aligned to the main campaign (powered by AI) to ensure relevance and affinity growth. In addition, drive traffic towards E-COM for new launches, especially future formats.

  • Use advanced social listening tools to uncover actionable insights and content opportunities

  • Help build CleanPedia (or equivalent) in Pakistan, an online community anchored in local trends and needs to drive talkability and share of voice of our brands in an organic manner whilst boosting the global trend of cleaning hacks and organization.

  • Continuously analyze content performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and adapt the content strategy to optimize engagement, reach, and overall ROI.

  • Track number of assets on a platform level.

  • Own content effectiveness and excellence for the brands across consumer and shopper touchpoints

  • Act as the brand's expert on the local market, possessing an intimate understanding of the local market culture, communities, and social media platforms, with a particular focus on laundry trends.

  • Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, BET strategy and assets - ensuring it resonates with the communities we are engaging with.

  • Ensuring digital content is culturally relevant, engaging, and authentic content output.Monitor performance, conduct deep-dive analysis, and optimize content based on insights

  • Stay ahead of platform algorithms, creative trends, and consumer behaviour shifts to adapt content strategy

  • Work hand-in-hand with Media and Digital Lead, Brand, and CMI teams to ensure fully integrated communication

  • Support the building of creator/influencer collaborations aligned with social content plans

  • Demonstrable experience using generative AI tools for content creation

  • Identifying opportunities to embed our brands in local culture.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver social-first content strategies across multiple platforms

  • Hands-on experience working with creative and media agencies on content production and distribution

  • Build capability of deploying new technology (social listening, AI content creation, performance tracking tools etc) to ensure all actions are empirically guided.

  • Strong understanding of platform dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and audience behaviors

  • Comfortable with data-driven thinking; ability to turn insights into clear actions

  • Confident communicator, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision

  • Proactive, curious, and agile mindset with a passion for culture, storytelling, and creativity

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content streams and deadlines

  • Regular reviews of social performance, to ensure we learn and pivot till we have a working model which churns our results consistently.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital brand communication

  • Experience working with or within creative/content agencies

  • Demonstrated experience in managing social calendars, briefing assets, and measuring performance

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, media, or related fields
