WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Business Performance
Co-ownership of business performance – drive strategic and financial interventions.
Overall performance interventions (GM roadmap, Pricing, Perfect Portfolio, Return on Investment)
Working as part of a team on cross-functional performance interventions.
Comply with the Global and Local Financial Controls Framework & operate in line with the agreed models
Net Revenue Management (NRM):
Ownership and co-accountable for Net Revenue Management Strategy
Define and decide on Promotional Strategy
Drive strategic interventions where needed.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP):
Ownership of the different drivers (market, innovation, pricing) of the Integrated Business Planning.
Strategic planning and alignment between Customer and Category (Business Unit/Business Group)
Innovation Management:
Co-accountable for local gatekeeping decisions, interventions on innovations and innovation funnel preview.
Drive development of large Innovation Business Cases (new brands and/or new markets)
Drive post-launch interventions
Sales&Operations Planning/Month End:
Co-ownership of Sales &Operations Planning/Value Cash Up
Ownership of Results/Month End (including comments/insights month end deck).
Agile Projects:
Drive agile projects where value is at stake.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experiences in related areas
Skills
Understanding of SAP and Power BI
Commercial acumen
Critical Thinking & Decision support – working collaboratively with others, communicating, and influencing
