Job Title: Demand Fulfillment Executive, Institutional Business

Function: Customer Development - Sales

Work Location: Guwahati, Assam

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering monthly and Quater business plans for his region.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders like finance and logistics for the smooth running of business.
  • Leading capacity of a team
  • DFE has to communicate with the higher-level Army/Navy/Air Force officers hence English fluency is a must.
  • Handling complex business situations and managing customers of government organizations, the Indian army, police e

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must have strong negotiation skills with customers and inter-departmental function groups.
  • Good communication skills
  • Very high degree of patience
  • Good presentation skills
  • Objective analytical capability.
  • Basic knowledge of computers particularly, MS Excel, PPT, Word, etc

Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour.
