Responsibilities
- Managing and executing the full funnel d-commerce investment strategy by designing an end-to-end journey for consumers and managing always-on activities to help expand the d-commerce channel aligned with targets for Turkey.
- Working closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to craft and implement an end-to-end e-commerce funnel considering campaigns, promotions, and off/on-platform communication.
- Owning and optimizing the media budget for d-commerce marketing activities.
- Building a strong performance marketing perspective and execution across digital media, retail media, and social commerce channels in collaboration with other teams and media agencies while improving trackable KPIs like ROAS, CVR, CPM, CPC, and uplift.
- Leading all shopper marketing activities and ensuring alignment with e-retailers, including SEM strategies.
- Flawlessly executing performance, retail, shopper, and social commerce marketing activities.
- Acting as the digital expert within the d-commerce squad by participating in all activity launch phases, ensuring media efficiency, promoting data reuse, designing precise testing strategies, and encouraging innovation and adoption of new platforms.
- Utilizing various tools and reports to gain a deep understanding of the business, creating custom reports when needed, and collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders to build new reporting structures.
- Maintaining engagement with global performance marketing teams to stay updated on developments and guidelines, effectively communicating updates to internal teams.
- Supporting the d-commerce team during customer meetings and actively contributing to the planning and execution of integrated campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Passion for the social and digital world and its implications for business.
- Strong bias for action and a proactive mindset.
- 3–5 years of experience and superior knowledge in performance marketing, retail media, partnerships, strategy crafting, and content marketing.
- Expertise in analytical tools with the ability to synthesize data and drive actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with Ad Tech and Mar Tech tools, including DMP, DSP and Ad Manager Tools(Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Facilitation and capability-building skills.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, peers, and reports.
- Experience working with marketing stakeholders/agencies and an understanding of their challenges and requirements.
- Proven ability to drive business value from consumer insights.
- A passion for data and performance marketing, with a focus on optimizing business decisions through analysis.
