JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
•In charge of promotion websites and apps, Algida ile Kazan & Algida Bakkal, (development, upkeep, new features, security etc.) and their digital marketing efforts(strategy and execution)
•Initiate and develop potential partnership opportunities with other brands and quick commerce services
•Manage and further relationships the Ice Cream Brand Management teams and 3rd Party Suppliers
•Develop growth marketing roadmap, including detailed forecasts, KPIs across all channels
•Collaborate with the IT department and 3rd party engineering teams to support the development of a roadmap that reflects business priorities and improves performance on all steps of the growth via websites and apps
•Perform comprehensive analysis covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion, identify potential for opportunities and ensure these are tested and implemented
•Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs
•Analyze the user lifecycle, including the activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Digital Marketing
- Team management experience
- Analytical thinking and being result-oriented
- Problem solving and customer-oriented thinking
- Ability to work detail oriented and organized under tight timelines,
- Ability to adapt flexible working conditions and willing to work in factory environment,
- Being an action-oriented person and has a mindset to turn crisis into opportunities
Skills
- Advanced level MS Office knowledge
- High communication skills
- Excellent in English both written and spoken
