JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
This role reports to the Demand Planning Manager Home Care. The role is the key orchestrator of Cerebro roll out and improvement agenda, which is the E2E no touch planning tool, specific to Turkey.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Improve SC performance by defining and rolling out leading edge and harmonized demand & supply planning processes and tools, to deliver business targets- service, inventory, business waste and forecast accuracy.
- Design features for “No touch Planning” project- autonomous end to end supply chain functions from Demand to Supply (automated sales forecasting, inventory optimization, autonomous fulfillment & replenishment, waste reduction)
- Support Planners for automated Sales Forecasting (assisted by ML algorithms for high forecast accuracy and high acceptance rate), and Automated Supply Planning, (line & capacity optimization)
- Identify, roll-out and implement cross-category best practices to improve adoption and output quality.
- Investigate further input parameters that could enhance tool’s performance and contribution to both operational effectiveness and no touch planning adoption.
- Act as a bridge between tech teams and planning teams, both externally and internally.
- Identify Planning process and system innovation opportunities – including future development of appropriate KPIs. This also includes collaborating with the Global Planning organization to develop the portfolio.
- Support developing training and integration plans for advanced Planning processes, as well as building of fundamentally new Capabilities.
Experiences & Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Engineering
- Min 3 years local planning experience
- Internal and external stakeholder management, and operational experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts.
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
