JOB PURPOSE:

Here is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. If you are automation and robotics systems; then this role is just for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procure to Pay (PTP)

• Monitoring invoice posting and payment processes, including reviewing and responding to incoming requests from the vendors.
• Resolving issues related to Vendor Master Data.
• Reviewing the global invoices and e-archive invoices for entries and compliance.
• Tracking due dates of account 120 Customer account balances.
• Managing workplace expenses/invoices by monitoring related POs, invoicing, and vehicle usage.

Treasury

• Reviewing returned or refunded payments and sharing relevant details with the PTP team.
• Sharing payment receipts when it is necessary.

Record to Report (RTR)

• Monitoring the GR-IR account and sharing high balance items with the team.
• Supporting updates in Plasma/Pega systems related to vehicle plate numbers, cost centers, and amounts.

Controlling

• Tracking completed and ongoing contracts and sharing updates with the team.
• Responding to invoice and receipt requests from audit teams.
• Performing PTP GFCF controls.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  

Experiences & Qualifications

• Future obsessed 3rd or 4th grade at Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree.
• Hungry to learn and curious.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
