Drive Financial Performance of the Category

  • Accountable for the P&L, Movements and Gaps to Business Targets
  • Provides support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations
  • Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities in Growth and Costs
  • Ensure accuracy of Financial Reports

Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities

  • Annual and Long-Term Business Planning
  • New Product Launches
  • Portfolio Mix Improvements
  • Saving Initiatives

Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams

  • Monthly Forecast & Weekly Turnover Submissions
  • Monthly Financials Presentations


Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance such as Management Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Budget Management, etc.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.
  • Advanced English
  • Good understanding on finance process and operations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, and good knowledge of SAP and BW.
  • Excellent engagement, presentation and communication skills


  • Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a cross-functional team environment where diverse perspectives drive innovation.
