We’re looking for a superbly Wild Influencer Sales Executive to join our growing US Influencer Team in Hoboken, NJ.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Influencer Sales Executive to join our Performance Influencer Team, with a focus on the US market. This is a results-driven, business development-focused role where you’ll drive growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcasts. You’ll build relationships, manage budgets, and ensure Wild achieves strong social awareness and ROI.

This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your own initiatives in a high-growth environment. We’re looking for a self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and deliver strong results.

  • Deep understanding of the US market and influencer landscape
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
  • Resilient, results-focused, and data-driven — motivated by measurable outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and top US creators
  • You’re ready to give 110% and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about sustainability and driving social impact
  • Motivated to exceed sales targets and grow within a supportive, ambitious team

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI) This position is LTI eligible.    

Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
