Join our dynamic Finance team as an Associate Finance Manager – Treasury, where you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization’s financial integrity. Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary administrator for banking platforms used across the organization.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure proper cash management and compliance.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax, and Insurance teams to streamline banking operations.
• Liaise with banking partners to address requests and resolve cash-related issues.
• Provide oversight to ensure strong controls, checks, and balances that minimize risks of waste, theft, and fraud.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies across departments.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial data in collaboration with the Controller, GCAD, and auditors.
• Recommend and implement process improvements within the accounting function.
• Assist the Corporate Controller with special projects and strategic initiatives
Skills & Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to solutions.
• Hands-on operational mindset while maintaining strategic focus.
• Ability to work independently and exercise impartial judgment.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities; sound judgment in issue resolution.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; SAP experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Advanced technical and analytical proficiency, with mentoring capability.
• Strong logical reasoning and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
