Main Responsibilities
🎯 Lead & support campaigns end-to-end
From crafting scroll-stopping social content to running buzzworthy events, consumer promos, and on-ground activations — you’ll be in the driver’s seat.
🧠 Be the team’s “industry radar”
Track market trends, decode competitors’ moves, and turn intelligence into fast, smart brand actions.
🎁 Champion our Consumer Trial Program
Plan and execute meaningful touchpoints where people can experience the product for the first time - from pop‑ups to community events to creator-led drops - ensuring trial moments are memorable and on-brand.
💪 Make operations smooth like butter
Take on tasks from Brand Managers (big or small) with a can‑do attitude and keep the brand machine running flawlessly.
Requirement:
• Vietnamese nationality with bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduate or with less than 02 year of working experience by the time of application
• High interest in FMCG Industry in general and Unilever business in particular
• Having sense of self -starter, out of box thinking, fast learner with bias for action and results
• Fast-learning with winning spirit and can-do attitude
• Good analytical & conceptual power
