Job description

1. KOL Management

• Coordinate KOL campaigns from briefing to execution and post-campaign reporting.
• Monitor KOL content to ensure brand compliance and timely delivery.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment, etc.) and compile campaign reports.
• Support in maintaining and updating the KOL database.

2. Affiliate Marketing

• Assist in recruiting and engaging with affiliate partners and content creators.
• Monitor affiliate performance and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on promotions, product launches, and campaign timelines.
• Help optimize affiliate content and creatives for better performance.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, influencer trends, and e-commerce.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and affiliate tools is a plus.
