Scope: Ensure supply continuity for Raw and Packaging Material (RPM) through the working with suppliers and cooperation with other functional departments, maintaining healthy Inventory with minimum Business Waste, contributing to the best Service level.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Planning & Scheduling
o Plan and maintain rolling forecast for RPM based on daily/weekly production plans. Update to Procurement and supplier about the next 6-month rolling demand forecast and next 2-year rolling demand forecast for mold planning activity.
o Validate inter-warehouse transfers and ensure inventory accuracy.
o Ensure timelines, create orders (Prequisition Order) and other responsibilities related to SAP (ECC).
o Work closely with traders/suppliers and related functions to monitor the delivery of RPM to ensure the right type and on time in full delivery.
2. Inventory Management
o Understand and manage all inventory related: Cycle stock, Safety stock, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Lead time, product Shelf life, etc and optimize each, aligning with Inventory policy.
o Detect and highlight to business about the risk of increase or decrease in inventory such as slow moving or overdue stock or stock shortage for team to take appropriate actions to minimize the impact to Business Waste and Service.
o Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
o Manage and make Inventory and Business Waste report, monthly and quarterly.
3. Supplier Coordination
o Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of RPM.
o Negotiate MOQ, Lead time and resolve supply disruptions.
o Regularly review and manage supplier capacity, in coordination with other departments to improve supplier reliability.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with R&D, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to solve the supply problems, such as contract, quality issue to maintain supply sufficiency for production continuity to prevent the impact to Service.
o Support innovation launch by aligning material availability with project timeline.
5. Data & System Management
o Maintain accurate master data in MRP system (SAP/ECC), including Bill of Materials (BOM) and order information (MOQ/Lead time).
o Track KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Service level, Inventory and Business Waste.
6. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
o Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
o Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Experiences and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Advanced in Excel and Power Query/BI. Strong in other digital tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP (ECC) and MRP processes.
• Strong in Data Analytic and Problem Solving, including Communication and Negotiation.
• Focus on action to deliver results, work hard and be resilient.
• Adapt and learn quickly, able to work under pressure in the diverse environment and rapid changes of FMCG industry.
• Able to work independently as well as teamwork.
