HC VN CSP Manager - Hyper/Proximity

- Ensure full integration of Channel Trade Category Plans with Brand Marketing Plans and Customer Business Planning in his/ her channels - Develop channel audit & performance tracking in his/ her channels - Lead Design for Channel (D4C) solutions for the total category in his/ her channels - Manage ROI on Customer Marketing activities, Ensure dedicated Channel Marketing budgets by customers are agreed and signed off in his/ her channels - Work hand-in-hand with in-country CBD to create Cat Growth plans, set targets and support execution in his/ her channels - Monitor in store communication & activation (brand/category initiatives), In-store extra visibility/highlight display in his/ her channels - Build the customer differentiation strategy in close co-operation with the Customer Managers in his/ her channels
