Job Title: Commercial Operations Executive - Homecare

Location: Kingston Head Office

Full time: 2 days per week in office

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Unilever’s Home Care business, joining the Home Care Europe team.

Job Purpose

  • Support in the execution of the Channel and Category plans for Laundry to enable delivery of commercial targets across the Customer base
  • Own the decision making for commercial trade-offs vs strategy
  • Develop the promotional strategy and manage the TMI investment across customer teams
  • Track promotion implementation across all customers, identify opportunities and scope for improvement
  • Represent the Customer and Channel View in the S&OP process

Responsibilities

  •  Deliver the HY and FY Category USG, UPG and GM, in line with Target
  • Manage trade spend
  • Manage promotional spend and optimise promotional plans including the use of TPA
  • Execute key innovation renovation
  • Deliver the Laundry Channel & Category strategies to enable UL UK to win
  • Support with Channel Strategy Development alongside Brand and Cat Man
  • Performance management of customer teams- Monthly/ Half targets: USG/TMI/UPG and GM
  • Lead for pricing plan execution and provide decisions on levers 1-5 & Trade Investments for Laundry
  • Leading the Laundry CAM community - including managing the execution of the promotional plans
  • Partner with Category lead to ensure customer and channel are represented E2E

  • S&OP – Performance Management and Gap closing

Desirable Skills

  • Proficient in: SAP, Nielsen, Kantar, Market Heartbeat, EPOS Digest
