JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to ensure operational excellence in export processes that enable our brands to thrive across North America. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute export operations from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Manage documentation for export processes (invoices, certificates, permits) in line with customs and trade regulations.
- Monitor logistics flows and proactively resolve issues to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, warehouse, procurement) and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to transit times, costs, and supplier performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce risks.
- Ensure compliance with NAFTA/USMCA and other regional trade agreements.
- Support audits and maintain accurate records for regulatory purposes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Analytical skills for continuous improvement initiatives.
