Senior Executive – Employee Relations Projects

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team to support the business in the delivery of impactful projects for a period of 1 year!

Requirements:

• Be a graduate or have completed an equivalent professional qualification, preferably specialized in Labour Law.

• With 1–2 years of experience in handling labour matters, including Labour Tribunal formalities and employment litigation.

• Have strong bias for action with the ability to complete documentation and compliance tasks within given timelines.

• Execute labour compliance audits and updating HR agreements in a timely manner.

• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
