Senior Executive – Employee Relations Projects
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team to support the business in the delivery of impactful projects for a period of 1 year!
Requirements:
Be a graduate or have completed an equivalent professional qualification, preferably specialized in Labour Law.
With 1–2 years of experience in handling labour matters, including Labour Tribunal formalities and employment litigation.
Have strong bias for action with the ability to complete documentation and compliance tasks within given timelines.
Execute labour compliance audits and updating HR agreements in a timely manner.
Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
