JOB PURPOSE
Join Our HR HUB Team as an HR Operations Specialist!
As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll drive operational excellence and streamline employee moves (promotions, increases, job changes) across LATAM. Your mission will be to ensure seamless E2E execution and manage of the input data in Workday ending in payroll systems.
Additionally based on the data input you will be responsible for project data analysis and automation processes that could allow us to control and maintain the accuracy of the data.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Navigate Employee Transitions: Manage data input of job changes, document generation, benefits, and more.
- Data Mastery: Ensure accurate data input in Workday and verify data integrity in letters and reports.
- Operational Excellence: Embody a Continuous Improvement mindset, leveraging technology to simplify and refine processes.
- Quality Guardian: Safeguard data accuracy and integrity, ensuring error-free execution and ensuring data controls and automations that ensure correct data management.
- Process Pioneer: Embody a Continuous Improvement mindset, leveraging technology to simplify and refine processes, and elevating HR operations to new heights.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in customer service, PEX, HR advisory or live chat support, preferably within an HR context.
- Understanding of HR process and policy with experience working in regional or multi country operations is desirable
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
