JOB PURPOSE

Drive Foods (Bouillon, Soups, Mini Meals and Condiments)Revenue and Category Growth across Channels, to bring delicious taste to different Food Occasions in Mexico.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Commercial and Channel Strategy 

  • Generates a Full Revenue StrategyFunnel with key metrics, based on Category and Channel Performance that Allow Unilever Foods Brands to Maximize Sales Value and Profitability

  • Synchronizes and Lead a Multi-Disciplinary Teams, such as Strategic Planning, Finance and Marketing, to Align Revenue Strategies within the Annual Planning Process, from Pricing to Channel and Promotion Investment.

  • Work with Probability and Statistical Analysis to Refine Revenue ModelsIncluding, Elasticities, Forecasting, Portfolio and Promotion Optimization, to guide and support decision Making.

  • Drive Revenue Tooling and Adoption Agenda, Close with Global Teamsto Upskill Revenue Capability within Mx Foods Team andTrain Them to Usage of Revenue Tools, as the One Source of Truth.

  • Track, Measure and EvaluateRevenue Funnel Strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability with a Strong Relationship with Internal Key Stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience and Skills

  • At Least +5 Year Revenue and Pricing Experience Working within FMCG Companies or Consultancy agencies.

  • Technological project management is a plus

  • Demonstrated Experience in Revenue Modeling, (Elasticities, Forecasting, etc) and Handle Large Accurate Data Bases, through AI or Automation Agenda.

  • Mathematical Analytics, Driven Business Performance, Effective Communication and Selling/Story TellingSkills Needed

  • Analytically minded with a Focus on Solving Complex Business Situations, through analysis, right (ad hoc) solutions, and resources to address different questions.

Knowledge 

  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Tableau and/or PowerBI to Work with Large Data Bases, Building Tools

  • Familiar with Kantar, Nielsen, Scintilla, Dunnhumby

  • English and Revenue Modeling Advanced
