Job Purpose:

Lead the Knorr easy cooking category strategy in Mexico, driving sustainable growth, relevant innovation, and effective market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the EC category.

• Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and portfolio performance.

• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure alignment.

• Manage category budget and profitability.

• Help accelerate market development of the segment in Mexico

Required Qualifications:

• Storytelling

• Agile, proactive, and consumer-focused

• Strong strategic and analytical skills

• Background in consumer goods

• Around 6 years of experience in marketing
