Marketing Innovation Manager

• The Innovation Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the innovation agenda and driving growth and brand strategy for Lipton Ice Tea across LATAM, with direct responsibility for Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras), Peru, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. The role combines regional innovation leadership with strong market ownership, ensuring strategies are locally relevant and commercially impactful.

• With a deep understanding of local consumer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory trends, the role works closely with global teams to adapt global innovation pipelines and brand strategies to each market. At the same time, the Innovation Marketing Manager partners with local bottler teams to define growth strategies and lead execution in market, from innovation and portfolio decisions to launches and commercial activation.

• This is a high-visibility, senior role with significant autonomy and influence, accountable for translating innovation into growth and strengthening brand performance and competitiveness across key LATAM markets.
