JOB PURPOSE
The Cash applicator Lead will be a fundamental role as part of newIops model in Credit & Collection team. Skills on results-oriented, Status quo challenging, develops and magnifies the power of people will be required.
The candidate should have strong ability to drive change, negotiationand a deep understanding of financial processes around Credit &Collection operation. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the process continuity.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Work closely with Operational 3er Party Supplier providing support as Market representative ensuring KPIs according with Global Targets related with Cash app process.
Proactive participation in Weekly and Monthly Operational Meetings
Escalate complex issues with Customers, Tax, Audit and Business Partners in line with Global Model
Escalate agilely risks during month and provide solutions to avoid impact in Close Month
Maintain the B2C customer experience structure with high level of service
Creation of cash application strategies to improve the cash application on time
Monthly Reporting activities for internal leads andRegional team
Escalation for Credit Management process
Contribute to the continuous improvement developing breakthrough solutions based in analytics provided by Operational team
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
Energetic, highly motivated, with an inquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of unlocking value opportunities.
Excellent negotiation and communicationskills with a demonstrated ability to present ideas and influence others.
Resilience and courage to drive change.
