Main Responsibilities
As Manex and Technology Manager, this role responsible to lead our ice cream factory's manufacturing excellence and technology initiatives. This role involves managing a diverse team, including System Data Analyst and Digital Lead, SUIT and Project Engineer, and Manex and Process Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Manufacturing Excellence (Manex): Implement and oversee manufacturing excellence programs, focusing on waste reduction, productivity improvement, and cost savings.
Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to optimize production processes and data management.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in the production environment.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
Experience: Minimum of 7years in factory operations, engineering,with aexperienceon process improvement and technology integration
Skill
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Technical proficiency in engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
