Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

As Manex and Technology Manager, this role responsible to lead our ice cream factory's manufacturing excellence and technology initiatives. This role involves managing a diverse team, including System Data Analyst and Digital Lead, SUIT and Project Engineer, and Manex and Process Engineer. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Manufacturing Excellence (Manex): Implement and oversee manufacturing excellence programs, focusing on waste reduction, productivity improvement, and cost savings.

  • Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to optimize production processes and data management.

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in the production environment.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).

  • Experience: Minimum of 7years in factory operations, engineering,with aexperienceon process improvement and technology integration

Skill

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools.

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Technical proficiency in engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
