ABOUT THE ROLE
The People Partner is the primary contact for all line managers and employees regarding all queries relevant to HR systems and processes, spanning on-boarding, payroll, leave, travel, exits & issue escalations. They work with various teams to enable a flawless end-to-end employee experience for employees' day to day HR needs. People Partners are responsible for ensuring that employee policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied across client groups and the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage onboarding, job move and exit employee engagement
- Provide coaching and support to line managers in employee experience
- Own and lead HR processes in the factory, end-to-end
- Manage local People Experience sprint pipeline and project delivery
- Benefits and payroll administration
- Create and maintain knowledge; responsible for reviewing and updating People policies and processes in UNA.
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities across People Experience
- Support local HR Strategic Agenda
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Ops/HR Generalist
- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
- Ability to work independently
- Collaborative team player
- Genuine interest in customer service and enhancing employee experience
- Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and diligence
- Exceptional Customer Service mindset
- Experience in HR or People Experience, or a front-line employee services role. In some markets, employee relations experience is important.
- Deep knowledge of HR policy and process, and strong understanding of their practical impact on employees
- High ability to empathize, strong EQ
- High personal mastery and resilience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Meet local education requirements in a related field
- Preferred 2-4 years of relevant HR generalist experience
- Proficient & broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providers.
- Comfortable working in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.); advance proficiency in Excel required
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid customer service and relationship management skills Experience participating in mediations is required, as well as playing a part in alternative dispute resolution Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
