Nutrition Integrated Planning Execution Planner (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Overview:

The Execution planner champions the voice of planning at Unilever and our manufacturing locations. Equipped with strong collaboration, negotiation and trade-off analysis, this role drives cross functional synchronization and spearheads the future readiness of our supply network

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the generation of the daily production plan (DPP) based on the master production schedule (MPS). You will also provide the semi-finished goods (SFG) plan in accordance with the DPP. As an Execution Planner, you will then create the supplier delivery schedule (SDS) for both raw and pack materials.

Short term/ in week material inventory check and deliveries:

• Close coordination with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of materials to Factory Warehouse for production
• Ensure accurate factory inventories and <5% inventory error (system vs actual)

Weekly Production Planning

• Collaborate closely with Response Planner to generate proper weekly production plan for the factory. Align with Line Manager on the final DPP
• Complete weekly production schedule and SFG/mixing run strategy/dispensary plan

Innovations and Transitions

• Ensure materials under innovations and transitions are well received and kept in the factory
• Assist in ensuring new or replacement material transitions are with proper pre-production and turnover to dispensary

Inventory Optimization

• Work closely with Factory digitization team to automate factory warehouse and production inventories for improvement

Run Strategy Optimization

• Ideate opportunities for optimization of run strategy improvement through long runs, declustering, and quick changeover recommendations

Business Waste

• Work closely with Head Office Execution Planner in ensuring accurate inventory of expired, delisted, damaged, and obsolete materials in system
• Monitor actual execution of disposal of obsolete, damaged, and delisted materials

Qualifications:

• Graduate of either Industrial Engineering or Accounting.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in planning and supply chain process.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite.
• Amenable for a fixed term contract role for 12 months.
