Job Title: Cavite Dressings - ManEx Executive
Location: Gateway, Cavite
Key Responsibilities
Deploy Run to Standard (R2S) and Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) to improve productivity and standardize operations across all lines.
Lead Focused Improvement (FI) Pillar initiatives to boost OEE, reduce cost, and drive smart problem-solving using FI tools and methodologies.
Drive advanced Kaizen and SMED studies for faster changeovers and efficiency gains.
Coach Technical Pillars (AM, PM & FI) on UMS ways of working to embed standards and best practices across the factory.
Implement and optimize digital platforms on the shopfloor (DFOS, Build App, Net Productivity Prism, PowerBI) for real-time performance monitoring.
Drive labor productivity improvement through NVAA reduction, automation solutions, and digitized data capture & analytics.
Enable data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, machine connectivity, and predictive insights.
Support Industry 4.0 initiatives such as digital twins, paperless operations, and smart sensors/cameras.
Benchmark and replicate best practices in machine efficiency, cost improvement, automation, digitization, safety, quality, and sustainability.
Standardize processes across lines/sites and lead cross-functional improvement projects aligned with business KPIs.
Act as a visible leader on the shopfloor, ensuring adherence to standards and fostering a culture of accountability.
Engage operators and line leaders in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
Lead daily performance reviews, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
Promote safety, quality, and discipline while motivating teams to achieve KPIs.
Skills & Tools
Strong knowledge of standardized Manufacturing Systems (UMS/WCM/TPM).
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, FI tools, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six Sigma.
Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, Data Analytics, Data Science, and programming (Python preferred).
Skilled in Project & Change Management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Success Metrics
OEE improvement (target % increase year-on-year).
Cost and waste reduction aligned with BPCD targets.
Productivity gains through NVAA reduction and automation.
Cultural adoption of UMS mindset and shopfloor discipline.
Increased digital maturity and automation adoption
