JOB PURPOSE

The Associate Manager of Audience and Measurement is responsible for supporting brand teams in the definition and implementation of performance measurement strategies, producing meaningful marketing KPI insights and delivering frequent, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Responsible for the delivery of campaign performance reports focusing on key KPIs established in the campaign brief/learning agenda – this will require working with many agency partners and CMI to coordinate
- Builds performance dashboards to easily share insights with marketers, and improve dashboards by adding additional data sources/features
- Perform meta-analyses across campaigns to improve performance for all brands and establish new best practices both locally and globally
- Act as primary point of measurement and targeting contact for both media agency and Consumer Insights team
- Investigate new measurement methodologies and research opportunities in partnership with CMI
- Cross functional communication with agencies, insights team, and brand teams to support first-party data performance
- Lead audience development with WPP and channel partners across paid campaigns
- Perform ad hoc data analysis for key, timely business questions
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing analytics experience in consumer-packaged goods setting.
- Must exhibit a passion for the company’s vision, mission and values.
- Experience working within business analytics and interpreting results to drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to understand and consider financial scenarios
- Exposure to a broad range of traditional and non-traditional consumer marketing techniques/vehicles (e.g. shopper marketing, couponing, social/digital marketing).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable creating & delivering presentations.
- Highly organized with ability to manage many different workstreams. Must have strong project management skills.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
