Main Responsibilities
Set up and drive breakthrough media and digital planning and execution for ice cream business to become forefront in digital in ice cream business.
Lead the Digital Marketing agenda to plan and deliver seamless digital consumer experiences via scaling and leveraging data and bringing to life best-in-class digital campaigns.
Plan and develop content strategy for AWO content on own channel across brands
Drive our digital marketing strategy – how we deliver against our KPIs, pressure-testing our approach, and reviewing decisions made by our digital marketing team members.
Coordinate with global and agencies partner in translating global digital program into local execution
Work with brand team on executing digital activation, drive media and digital media innovation – pioneering the future of digital media and data driven marketing through a continuous test, learn, share, and scale approach.
Lead media planning, buying and execution across all traditional and digital platforms, working closely with our agencies and brand teams to drive growth and innovation.
Plan and optimize our media mix that serves our marketing plans collaborating with our brand teams.
Have an expert eye on the future media landscape and drive breakthrough media strategy that complement brand salients
Lead and develop the digital commerce strategy, innovating, building and executing multi-year capability programmes which brings us profitable and sustainable growth.
Connect and work closely with the CMI team to drive consistent methodologies and measurement practices.
Provide an objective view of campaign performance and track agencies’ performance against the campaign targets.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
5 years’ experience in minimum 3 years with Advertising/Media planning and budget management experience
Exposure to Data insight and audience platform is a plus.
Cutting edge understanding of media and brand communication landscape.
Experienced in data driven marketing and performance/ecommerce.
Skill
Ability to advice on all thing’s media and data driven marketing to internal stakeholders through depth of media knowledge, providing expertise on specific channels and opportunities, data strategies, including digital commerce.
A pioneer spirit to drive and embed innovation into our media and data strategies and plans.
Problem solving mindset, able to work with agility and adapt to a changing media and market conditions.
Strong analytical skills to define, interpret and respond to data insights.
