Main Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager, Site SHE Lead, and Site QA Lead to translate strategic business priorities into actionable and impactful people plans that support factory operations.
• Support the design of effective organizational structures and workforce plans tailored to the factory environment, ensuring optimal resourcing and readiness for change initiatives.
• Leverage and integrate people development processes and tools to build a diverse, capable, and future-ready talent pipeline aligned with the short-, medium-, and long-term needs of the business.
• Provide guidance on performance management and reward tools, enabling line managers to effectively drive performance, attract top talent, and enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Support the execution of key change programs and contribute to transformation initiatives across the factory, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Champion the embedding of the new Winning Culture and future ways of working, fostering a high performance and inclusive environment across teams.
• Support the coordination of site talent forums, succession planning, and career development initiatives for site-based teams, ensuring robust talent pipelines and growth opportunities.
• Support key audit activities within the factory, ensuring HR compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness across all relevant areas.
Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor/master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, organizational development and change management.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• High level of business acumen and understanding of operational drivers in a factory setting.
• Strong communication in both Thai and English
