The global business for B2B cleaning products in professional channels [Horeca, Office Supply, Janitorial, Healthcare etc.) is estimated at around $30B and is growing steadily. The market is fragmented with players like Diversey and Ecolab dominating in the professional systems segment of the market – and competitors like P&G Professional, SCJ Professional and RB all competing aggressively in the independent operator segment of the market. The ready to use market for professionals is estimated at about $8B globally and is a key growing market in Thailand. 

Unilever Professional is a dedicated cleaning and hygiene partner for the professional independent operator. Our convenient, RTU portfolio has been designed to meet the needs of restaurants, hotels, care homes, hospitals, offices, schools, manufacturing sites – each with a unique value proposition and clearly differentiated from our retail portfolio. Our products meet the needs of the professional operators we serve.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement a compelling exponential growth plan for UPro Thailand 

  • Identify new channels’ opportunities and develop growth strategy against those channels

  • Identify portfolio to satisfy their focus channels and ensure flawless execution 

  • P&L responsibilities

Experience & Qualification

  • Prefer to have B2B experience & new channels and distributor management

  • Category management experience 

  • Commercial P&L within responsible scope 

Skill

  • Stakeholder management with good strategic influencing both external and internal

  • Distributor management 

  • Strategic & analytical thinking skills 

  • Ability to join the dots and understand the big picture

  • Have strong track record of consistency in market delivery 

  • Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams

  • Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial person
