Job Summary
Are you a visionary communicator with a passion for crafting compelling narratives? Unilever Thailand is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to spearhead our corporate communications strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the architect of our company’s voice, shaping our corporate story and engaging a diverse range of media stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication: Design and implement innovative communication strategies that resonate with our mission and drive our business goals.
Corporate Branding Management: Be the custodian of our corporate branding, ensuring a consistent and powerful presence across all channels.
Media Relations: Forge strong relationships with media outlets, serving as the charismatic ambassador for Unilever Thailand to secure impactful coverage.
External Communications: Build corporate reputation as the leading purpose-led, future-fit business. Deliver high focus on earn media news article including executive interview, employer’s branding, product innovations, and pioneer in sustainability in the media outlets consistently and consecutively to revitalize Unilever’s presence to the public
Internal Communications: Cultivate a culture of transparency and engagement, keeping our employees informed and inspired by the company’s vision, values and successes.
Incident and Crisis Management: Navigate through challenging situations with poise, providing strategic counsel to senior leadership and stakeholders to uphold our corporate reputation.
Content Creation: Lead the development of high-quality content that captivates audiences across various platforms, including press releases, speeches, and social media.
Required and preferred skills for the position
Accountability and Attention to Details: Able to manage and take full responsibility of content, communication tasks and manage team to land a successful communication achievement in accordance with the aligned goals
Bilingual Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the business landscape, with the ability to align communication strategies with overarching business objectives.
Active Listening and Empathy: Actively seeks feedback, engages in conversations to understand different perspectives, and acknowledges the feelings and experiences of others, which helps in building strong relationships and a positive work culture.
Strategic Thinking: Possesses strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling the development of innovative solutions.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in effective internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis management.
Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and effectiveness while managing multiple priorities.
Human relations and networking skills: Ability to build network of contacts that will maximize communication goals.
