Step into a high-impact role at the intersection of R&D innovation, data-driven transformation, and scientific excellence. As Digital Transformation Support Manager, you will be the driving force behind digital evolution within our SEA R&D teams, translating complex scientific needs into seamless digital ecosystems that boost innovation, integrity, and productivity.

A snapshot day in the life of a Digital Transformation Support Manager will look something like this:

  • Partner with R&D, IT, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Innovation teams to uncover digital transformation opportunities that accelerate discovery and development.
  • Lead our SEA BU Digital Squad, spearheading initiatives like lab automation, data streamlining, and next-gen knowledge management.
  • Act as the vital link between scientists and technical teams, ensuring digital solutions are grounded in real-world scientific needs.
  • Support roll-out, onboarding and upskilling for digital tools across the R&D network—driving adoption and lasting capability.
  • Champion data integrity and compliance across critical areas—formulation, packaging, claims, processing and regulatory workflows.
  • Track project milestones, KPIs, and outcomes—managing change and continuously improving with a keen eye on the future.
  • Monitor trends in AI, digital labs, and scientific research tools to keep us at the leading edge of beauty innovation.


What You’ll Bring

  • Deep knowledge of R&D processes in beauty, personal care, or similar scientific industries.
  • Fluency in digital transformation, system integration, and lifecycle data management.
  • Hands-on experience with ELN, PLM, data visualization tools, and AI-powered platforms.
  • Skills in tools like Python, Power BI, Power Apps or similar for data analysis and insight generation.
  • A translator’s mindset—able to bridge technical and scientific worlds with empathy and clarity.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, cross-cultural environments with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter—capable of turning complex digital ideas into actionable, engaging stories.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
