As Chef Advisor, you will be responsible to drive sustainable business growth via Customer (Chefs & foodservice businesses) engagement as per Area’s defined contact strategy. More specifically:
- Provide virtual and physical culinary consultation to targeted operators
- On-going supervision, evaluation and development of existing customer base through a Multi touchpoint contact strategy face to face and online; providing support, training, menu engineering and solutions, physically or remotely.
- Prospect, hunt and identify new customers. Develop and execute plan to win and sell to identified prospects.

Main Accountabilities:
The Chef Advisor must be able to work in a shaped B2B foodservice environment (Restaurants, Hotels, QSR) with a special focus on :
- Understanding Customers and consumers needs and providing solutions through our sku portfolio
- Full use of the tools provided by UFS & the advantages of our products with demonstration virtually & physically
- Win new penetration and new operators by trend-based menu’s/killer recipes to deliver business Reach and penetration targets
- Provide virtual and physical culinary consultation to targeted operators
- Conduct virtual & face to face demos with a strike rate SKU’s
- Develop Chef/operator followers to build a network
- On-going supervision, evaluation, development, and expansion of customer base.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for her/his area.

Preferred Requirements:
- Culinary degree/food technology specialization
- Degree in tourism and hospitality management will be considered as a plus
- Minimum 2 years in a relevant position, of foodservice environment and industry (Sales preferably)
- Willingness to travel nationally. During the summer period this can be up to 70% of his/her time
- Ability to show creativity and work under pressure in a kitchen environment.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- MS Office, Digital & Social media
- Passion for Food and the Out Of Home industry
