JOB PURPOSE


As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness Program Manger to join our dynamic Global Information & Cyber Security team. This role reports directly to the Global CISO.

In this position, you will lead the global strategy and execution of cybersecurity education and behaviour change initiatives. Your mission is to foster a security-first mindset across our diverse, global workforce—empowering employees to make informed, secure decisions in their daily work.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Communications, and regional business units to design engaging, data-driven campaigns that reduce risk and strengthen our security culture. This high-impact role blends creativity, communication, and strategic thinking.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping a secure, resilient, and compliant digital environment by aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will bring deep expertise in culture and behavioural change, a proven track record in leading large-scale transformations, and a passion for emerging technologies.

This role sits within the newly created Ice Cream Technology function, which is responsible for designing and implementing the technology capabilities required to establish The Magnum Ice Cream Company as a fully independent company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and champion a forward-thinking global security awareness and training strategy aligned with business and risk priorities.

  • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition and retention strategy for our Cyber Security team, in partnership with HR, to ensure long-term program success and capability growth.

Content Development & Campaigns

  • Design and deliver engaging, multi-channel awareness campaigns (e.g., phishing simulations, newsletters, videos, gamified learning).

  • Create tailored training content for different audiences (e.g., executives, developers, frontline workers).

  • Define and champion a forward-thinking awareness strategy and vision that supports enterprise growth and innovation which meets the legal/regulatory requirements of a global food manufacturing company and protects its business, people and technology.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams – including Legal, Privacy, IT Audit, and business leaders – to embed security culture and behavior seamlessly into business practices.

  • Serve as a thought leader across cybersecurity domains, anticipating and translating complex risks into actionable mitigation learning strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with regional security leads, HR, and internal comms to localize and amplify messaging.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on secure behavior and culture change.

Compliance & Risk Reduction

  • Ensure training programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).

  • Analyze behavioral data (e.g., phishing click rates, training completion) to identify risk trends and inform interventions.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current on the latest in behavioral science, learning, and cybersecurity trends.

  • Pilot new tools and techniques to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or communications—ideally in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, accessible content.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), phishing simulation platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR) is a plus.

  • Degree in Communications, Cybersecurity, Psychology, or related field preferred.

  • Information/cyber security certifications (CISM, SACP, etc.) are a nice to have.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk methodologies.
