*NL specific: for this vacancy in principle we will first consider candidates based in the Netherlands. JOB PURPOSE:

This role will be part of Global Center of Expertise Talent Acquisition and will report to Global Head of Talent Acquisition. The Global Executive Recruitment Manager will provide strategic guidance and advice on executive recruitment to Senior Leadership, define the most effective recruitment strategy to fill a variety of executive roles, manage end to end recruitment process for those roles and improve efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring the high quality of the candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Personally manage the end to end recruitment delivery of executive vacancies
  • Develop sourcing strategies that will attract the best executive talent
  • Research prospective candidates, engage them and perform initial assessment
  • Calibrate candidates with Hiring Managers and relevant HR Directors
  • Use advanced negotiating techniques when extending external job offers to selected candidates
  • Manage relationships with Executive Search agencies
  • Proactively look to drive efficiency of process and reduce associated costs
  • Establish key performance metrics
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the organization by providing education on labor market and talent pools / profiles
  • Promote The Magnum Ice Cream Company to ensure we become the Employer of Choice for prospective employees
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and laws
  • Drive continuous improvement in the area of Talent Acquisition with a clear eye on innovation, future trends and technological development
  • Communicate information effectively in a clear and timely manner to appropriate parties in the organization 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition including min. 5 years in executive recruitment in global organizations
  • Strong track record in successful executive recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in building talent pipelines and sourcing for hard to fill vacancies as well as engaging passive talent through various mediums
  • Deep and expert knowledge of Talent Acquisition concepts, methodology and industry trends and proven experience in delivering best practices
  • Experience with large multinational corporate organizations
  • Solid coordination skills, along with the ability to manage and motivate internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and facilitate effective working relationships with senior level executives
  • Proven ability to anticipate and manage change and recommend pragmatic solutions aligned with business and HR strategy
  • Qualifications in the use of psychometric tools and coaching
  • Excellent verbal and written English language & presentation skills
