We are seeking a highly experienced SHE Operator to join our team in a fast-paced FMCG factory environment. The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in a similar industrial safety role and a strong understanding of safety procedures, legal compliance, and hazard control related to machinery safety, electrical safety, lifting operations, and workplace safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Supervise lifting operations, scaffolding activities, electrical safety and machinery safety measures.
• Develop and deliver safety training to employees.
• Inspect and maintain firefighting systems in coordination with civil defense requirements.
• Maintain safety documentation and reports.
• Coordinate emergency response and evacuation drills.
• Promote a culture of safety across all factory operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar safety role in FMCG or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local environmental and safety legal requirements.
• Certified in: OSHA, IOSH, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Lifting Operations, Scaffolding, First Aid, Firefighting, and related safety disciplines. (NEBOSH IGC is a great advance).
• Good knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
• Good knowledge of firefighting systems and Civil Defense regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English language proficiency preferred (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
