Purpose:

The candidate is responsible for the provision of all administrative support for CSP & CD Ops in a professional and confidential manner, and supporting the requested reports with the efficient operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking Debit Note & Tax detail in email and confirm back to Distributors.
• Collect Debit Note/Invoice from Distributors then get signoff with leaders and submit to Finance within timeline.
• Do report as request.
• Help separating the bill received from salemans/champa lady to be prepared for pricing action.
• To collect data from each areas in order to support slow moving SKUs clearance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate in Business Administration or any related field.
• Detail-oriented and self-organised
• Communication and management skills
• Knowledge about basic of Excel
